Description: Opened in 2003, Angsana Spa at Double Bay has the distinction of being the first tropical Asian spa in Sydney. Set in the midst of Double Bay Village, Angsana Spa offers close to 40 pampering and rejuvenating treatments in a 19th century Victorian house. Within a year of its debut, the spa was voted number six in the “Overseas Urban Day Spa” category of listing, of top ten spas outside the United Kingdom at the inaugural Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Spa Awards 2004. Most recently, it was conferred the “2005 PATA Gold Award” at the annual conference organised by the Pacific Asia Travel Association.

Treatments & Programs: A total of 39 holistic massages, health treatments, beauty wraps and tropical scrubs are available on the Angsana Spa Menu.

Spa Facilities: The spa's therapists have been trained at the Banyan Tree Spa Academy in Phuket. The spa has five therapy rooms and one area for hand and feet treatments. Two of the therapy rooms are deluxe and each features a spa bath.
