Maternity Treatments & Programs: Li’Tya Lowanna Mother-to-be Journey 90mins - (Name origin Northern Territory - means ‘beautiful’) - This all-encompassing treatment combines three of the most popular LI’TYA treatments in wonderful unison to create a deluxe pampering experience. Included is the LI’TYA MIJI JINA foot treatment, LI’TYA MIJI POLAMA hand treatment and the LI’TYA MIRRI facial. A perfect combination for mother to be or those in need of some serious pampering. Caring for all the zone therapy areas - the hands, feet and head - recharges the body and enhances overall equilibrium.
Li’Tya Marma Kodo Pregnancy Massage 60mins - This nurturing and rhythmic body massage is inspired by traditional Australian Aboriginal techniques which tone and re-align energy flow, enhancing mind and body balance and wellness. Integrating traditional elements of the LI’TYA KODO, LI’TYA MARMA KODO works gently combining aspects of the LI’TYA KODO pressure points and spiralling movements to ground and uplift, leaving the body’s energies laughing with joy. The LI’TYA MARMA KODO works to prevent disharmony and nurture the pregnant mother and child.

Spa Facilities: The Mineral Spa is tucked away in the gardens of the retreat, the spa houses a relaxation room, three open air mineral water plunge pools, 2 saunas, steam room and 11 treatment rooms. Begin your journey to complete wellbeing in the traditional European-style wet area set in a sleek, contemporary design, where it
draws on Hepburn Spring’s world-famous mineral waters. Enjoy the evocative outdoor aspect and immerse yourself in the cool and invigorating Plunge Pool, then escape to either deep Hot Mineral Water Spas. Meander between the three different Sauna/Steam rooms before sitting back and enjoying a soothing herbal tea in the privacy of the guest lounge, or recline on the sun deck overlooking the beautiful Italian inspired gardens. The unique Steam Room, plunges red hot granite rocks into a copper cauldron filled with lavender scented water, releasing clouds of skin-cleansing steam, while the hydrotherapy baths, with up to 180 individual jets, gently wash away your tensions and toxins, leaving you feeling fresh and revived.
