The success of the re-energiser packages comes from the balance between allowing you time for relaxation, exercising your body and mind, anominity and personal choices, all set in with a backdrop of the most beautiful vistas in simply luxurious accommodation. Re-energiser programs have been designed so they are suitable for singles, couples or two or three friends. Accommodation can be on a single, double, twin or triple share basis.
All meals are included during your stay and chefs prepare everything specifically to your dietary needs. Re-energiser diets are low in wheat and dairy and exclude red meats. The menu is full of variety and helps detox and click your system back into gear. Best of all you are shown great combinations that are easy for you to copy when you go back to the real world. Each day your package also includes either a spa treatment or personal session. What you will choose will be based on your goals for your time at the Estate. Personal sessions – meditation, fitness assessment, stretch class, breathe and easy (yoga), revitalise walk, aqua funk, on the ball fitness or a physical rejuvenation class.
