Maternity Treatments & Programs: Nurturing Mother-to-be Retreat- Combining tried and tested safe treatments with some seriously indulgent and well-deserved pampering. Nurturing mother-to-be massage | 60 minutes (Approved by the National Childbirth Trust.) The nine month journey of nurturing is a special time, connecting with the mother through the power of touch working with two heartbeats as one. This treatment combines tried and tested safe pregnancy massage techniques adapted to each stage of pregnancy. Specialised positioning on our unique beanbag is used to ensure the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Relieve tension in your lower and upper back and alleviate any swelling in the hands and feet, while easing your mind and uplifting your spirit. Recommended one treatment every two weeks in 1st/2nd Trimester and one treatment every week in 3rd Trimester. Jessica deluxe manicure | 70 minutes The Jessica deluxe manicure includes nail analysis and nourishing preparations for the hands and nails, with the use of heated mittens to intensely recondition prior to an application of your chosen colour. Jessica aroma spa deluxe pedicure | 70 minutes An extension of the Aroma spa pedicure to include heated booties to deeply condition and soften areas of hard skin and a nourishing foot mask to alleviate tired, heavy legs prior to the application of your chosen colour.

Spa Facilities: Both the female and male changing rooms include marble steam rooms and shower cubicles and a drench shower.The changing rooms have vanity mirrors, hair dryers, day lockers, baby changing facilities, and facilities for the disabled. There are ten treatment rooms, one hydrotherapy suite, two nail bars, spa atrium, totally unique deep relaxation rooms. Double-height pool hall, with twenty-foot high windows offering sweeping views of the south facing terrace, gardens and parkland beyond, is the perfect setting for SPA SPC's indoor pool. Sixteen metres long, eight metres wide and four and a half feet deep. Two hydro-seat Jacuzzis are built into the side of the pool. During the summer, the pool hall opens out onto a secluded terrace. A refreshing and healthy range of fresh juices and beverages are available in the Spa Atrium.
