that bodywork is good health and is committed to improving the wellness
of its clients. Continuum Studio provides massage and skin care services
and products for men and women. The first location opened in March 2006
in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood.
Treatments and Programs: Massage
(Swedish, Therapeutic / deep tissue, Aromatherapy, Assisted Stretching,
Prenatal), Skin Care Treatments (Signature face treatment, Weekly facial,
Purifying back treatment, Hand & foot treatment – all for men
and women), Body Treatments (Micro-buff body polish, Mud wrap treatments),
Ear candling, Waxing Services (All services for men & women). Customized
packages and series are also offered, as well as gift cards and a variety
of products for at-home care and gifts.
Romantic Treatments and Programs: All
services are available for men and women. A package of services can be
custom designed to help you celebrate special occasions, including weddings
and anniversaries.
Maternity Treatments and Programs: 60-
and 90-minute pre-natal massages. These are gentle massages specially
designed for mothers-to-be who are in their second or third trimester.
This Swedish-style massage will help to relieve lower back and leg discomfort,
water retention and sciatica. (A doctor's note is required prior to session.)
Also offered is a range of skin care products specifically designed and
tested for safety and effectiveness for expectant and new mothers.
Spa Facilities: Continuum Studio's
1,300 square foot storefront space was designed to reflect the spa's core
beliefs, with four comfortable urban-chic treatment rooms to accommodate
bodywork and skin care consultations and treatments. There is also an
interactive product sales area where therapists can recommend at-home
products and additions to your wellness routine.
