Maternity Treatements and Programs: Mother-to-Be Massage 50/ 80 minutes - Let Spa Samadhi help relieve some of the aches and pains you're carrying around. Your body will be pampered with nourishing oils to soothe the senses and lessen the appearance of stretch marks. Massage techniques and support pillows will help you relax and care for both you and your baby. Your therapist can adapt your massage for any stage of pregnancy.

From its inception, the gardens at Sunrise Springs have been an integral part of its beauty and its vision. Owner, Megan Hill engaged leading horticulturalists such as Gabriel Howearth, founder of Seeds of Change to plan and define the landscape, which would continue to flourish many years later.

Biodynamic gardening—a method of farming that sustains soil productivity, and maintains biodiversity through the use of organic pest controls, crop rotations, composting, and the cyclical rhythms of nature —is used in the resort’s vegetable and herb gardens. The chef and head gardener work closely to select plant varieties that do well in this environment, and provide the restaurant with heirloom ingredients for its natural and organic cuisine.
