Maternity Treatments and Programs: prenatal massage - This deeply soothing massage is specifically designed for the special needs of expectant mothers. It is designed to improve circulation, reduce swelling in the feet and hands and release tension in the lower back, neck and shoulders. This treatment is not recommended in the first trimester.

Spa Facilities: The lobby lounge offers complimentary tea and is the perfect place to get away from it all or to relax and connect after therapies or classes. Spacious changing rooms are fully appointed with organic robes, slippers, towels, amenities and our private label mind body skin collection (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and skin cleanse). In the therapy rooms, beach grass under translucent acrylic panels are used to cover one wall. Only a silhouette can be vaguely distinguished when very close, becoming more elusive with distance. Enter through 80 to 100 year old wooden doors brought to exhale from South Pacific villages. Each door is distinct in shape and design - artifacts from a serene and spiritual place. The Lounge is centrally located near the studios and treatment area is a a serene and modest area for guests to relax before experiencing therapies or classes. The low level recessed lighting emanates a soft, tranquil glow. Inbuilt upholstered banquette seating offers respite. Entry to the Core Fusion® and yoga studios is made through sliding antique doors from Southeast Asia, installed to evoke a feeling of passage into a different environment. In the yoga studio, a shallow dome in the wall creates an altar space to enhance the spiritual connection of the yoga experience. In the Core Fusion studio, white birch wood barres are used to differentiate from the yoga studio and create individual identity for both spaces.
