joined 90+ spa owners, spa educators, therapists, consultants, trade experts,
designers and innovators from the UK, Netherlands, USA, Germany, France, Canada,
Russia, South Africa, Singapore and Australia at the 2nd annual BISA (British
International Spa Association) Conference in Bad Sulza, Germany at the end of
November 2005. There were very interesting topics presented from a variety of industry experts. What I valued most from this conference is the new understanding I developed for the history of spas, the underlying foundation of the healing properties of water, as well as the cultural and medicinal value the Europeans have for spas. | |||||
