Ashes and Snow

and Snow DVD playing in the lounge at Avanti Day Resort so moving, I ordered
it the minute I got home from the spa. It is peaceful, medatative and inspirational.
Words cannot fully convey the wondrous interactions between man and animal Gregory

listening to two excellent talks about greening the spa industry, Greening
Your Spa by Implementing Sustainable Practices and From
Green to Gold: How Sustainability Can Translate into Spa Profits at the ISPA
Conference last fall, I wanted to see how the suppliers at the Expo were filling
the demand for green products. I have to admit it was a confusing task. I found
clothing, skin care and body products, supplements, jewelry, packaging, furniture
and spa interiors. I also found it difficult to distinguish marketing hype from
true eco-consciousness due to my limited knowledge on the subject. So what this
article has is a sample of 20 expo vendors, in no particular order, that specifically
used the terms "green," "organic," "sustainable"
or "natural" in their booth martketing.
