Log and stone lodges, 60 spa and healing treatments, medical spa focusing on wellness,
preventative health, chronic pain and stress, gym, walking trails, chapel, library,
dining with an allergy/gluten-free menu. Treatments
and Programs: Massages (Swedish, lymph, neuromuscular, acupressure,
stress reduction, hot stone), Skin Treatments (facials, body warps, black mud,
hand, foot, lip, neck therapy), Healing Services (Chinese medicine, energy work,
craniosacral therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy, counseling, nutritional
advice, preventative healthcare, biofeedback, tests & screening), Wellness
programs (fitness assessment, personal trainer, yoga, breath work, meditation,
aqua therapy). Weight Management Treatments and
Programs: Nutritional counseling, cooking classes and a program to
create the diet that will maximize wellness and disease prevention while leading
to the ideal weight. Romantic Treatments and Programs:
Getaway packages with accommodation and all meals, Romance packages with couples

elliptical trainer, free weights and yoga area. Healing equipment includes AquaMed
Massage and state-of the art chiropractic and physical therapy equipment, biofeedback
and various lasers and ultrasound therapies. Other
