Aveda products, derived from pure plant and flower essences, are used exclusively in a variety of body and skin treatments. Whether you are visiting for the day, the weekend or a well-deserved vacation, certified therapists are available to customize a wellness program especially for you.

Spa Facilities: The Natatorium, an indoor pool facility offers whirlpool spa, Aveda Spa and fitness center. The Fitness Center features life-cycles, treadmills, stair-climber and universal gym.

Other Facilities: Stroudsmoor offers both indoor and seasonal outdoor pools. Nestled atop 200 acres of unspoiled woodland, Stroudsmoor affords its guests a variety of activities both on and off-grounds. On the grounds the casual hiker will find a network of paved paths and roads. The avid hiker might prefer the challenge provided by the Appalachian Trail, located five minutes from the Inn's front door in the beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Services at the Park include miles of hiking trails as well as fishing and nature walks by park naturalists. Whitewater rafting or canoeing, on the nearby Delaware River, are perfect additions to your Stroudsmoor vacation. For the winter visitor, there are seven different alpine ski areas with over 70 runs within a mere 10 to 30 minutes of the Inn.
