Poised atop 31 lush tropical acres, the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort houses the largest
full-service spa in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Treatments
& Programs: Aromatherapy, massage, body wraps, hydrotherapy, facials
& salon services. Sunrise, sunset and evening appointments. Romantic
Treatments & Programs: The Ultimate Couples Massage - The session
begins with a private lesson in how to massage each other. Then, candles are lit,
music and aromas to relax are set in place and two therapists working simultaneously
on both of you leaving you with an unforgettable feeling. Great to combine with
one of our special baths. 75 or 105 minutes. Private couples massage suite. Spa
Facilities: The two-level, $1.5 million, 10,000 square-foot Journeys
Spa opened in 2002. The first level of the 10,000-square-foot Spa features five
treatment rooms; a private couples massage suite with oversized hydrotherapy tub;
a beauty salon; locker rooms and separate steam room and sauna for men and women.
A private, outdoor massage cabana and the Spa's special "rainforest" showers encourage
guests to feel at one with nature. The second level features a 2,500- square-foot
fitness center with cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, as well as a
separate area for aerobics and yoga classes. Other
Facilities: The Resort offers an extensive array of water sports, including
sailing, wind surfing, snorkeling and water aerobics. Beach it, or swim in three
interconnecting pools, complete with waterfall and hot tub. Play a few sets on
one of four lighted tennis courts, or try 18 holes at nearby Mahogany Run. The
Kids Klub furnishes children with a variety of stimulating educational activities
that embrace the importance of nurturing our environment. Children also have opportunity
to feed iguanas and fish, walk through the nature park and lagoon, participate
in arts and crafts, and cook with the chef.
