Treatments & Programs: Guest receive a personal program designed in advance to take all tastes and preferences into account, from the firmness of a pillow to the temperature of a bath. Daily schedules are brought to the room on a breakfast tray each morning. Guests enjoy a daily facial and massage, hand & foot treatments, hair treatments, 3-4 hours of daily fitness classes and a tuck-in massage before bed. Maternity Treatments & Programs: Baby & Me Week (Offered twice a year) Bond in style! A unique spa experience for mothers and their babies. A week devoted to pampering the mothers and taking care of their babies at the same time. Program includes Mommy-Baby Yoga and Pilates, Baby Watsu, Cooking for Your Baby, Baby Massage, Baby Fashion trunk shows as well as an interactive discussions on child health and development with noted physicians. Space is limited to 20 mothers and babies. All new mothers are invited to The Greenhouse with their baby 11 months old or younger. Expert care for the baby will be available or, if the guest prefers, she can bring her own nanny. Each spa package for Baby & Me Week includes: Full service accommodations for baby including strollers, diapers, bottles, swings, crib, high chairs, robes, baby cuisine, toys, etc., Chauffeured car service equipped with car seat to/from the airport, Private guest room w/ option of secondary room for your nanny, Baby Massage and Mommy-Baby Yoga/Pilates classes, Breakfast in bed, poolside lunch, candlelight dinner, Daily Swedish massages and European facials, Personal fitness consultation, Fitness classes for mothers, Manicure or pedicure, Hair treatments, Private make-up consultation, Evening programs & lectures, Tuck-in massages, T-shirts (for moms & babies), bibs.

Weight Management Treatments & Programs: The Fat Flush Residential program, specifically designed for THEGREENHOUSE guests, has its roots in two programs. Ann Louise Gittleman’s The Fat Flush Plan and THEGREENHOUSE’s Health and Beauty Detox Program.The program, launching in January 2004, is a synergistic melding of these two programs to provide the guest with a unique and extraordinarily effective year round weight loss experience. THEGREENHOUSE Fat Flush Residential Program is a low glycemia, cleansing weight loss and fitness program. It uncovers the five hidden factors that sabotage weight loss and vitality; liver health, food sensitivities and resulting waterlogged tissues, fear of eating fat, excess insulin, and stress. Ann Louise mentions, “Most diets simply target one or two of these factors. Fat Flush identifies, addresses and corrects each and every one of them.” THEGREENHOUSE will guide you in choosing the phase which is best for you. We ask that you visit with us on the telephone, complete all relevant paperwork and leave the rest to us! Spa Facilities: Two pools, an indoor Atrium pool and an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, Hinoki Tub, Pilates studio, exercise studio and fitness area with Cybex machines.

In 1999, an extensive multimillion dollar makeover restored TheGreenhouse to a place of beauty with which few compare. 35 rooms and 2 suites, all with a luxurious bath, spacious dressing room, cozy seating area and writing desk, as well as a television, VCR, radio and CD player.
