Spa Facilities: The Forum offers Europe's largest 50-seater free form spa bath, 16 treatment rooms by Clarins, Comfort Zone and Wella Professional Hair Studio; gym, swimming pool, cardio theatre, aerobics, sauna, steam, plunge pools, entertainment centre for children and teenagers and leisure cafe. Spa Treatment Rooms include Conservatory (As you arrive at The Forum Spa, you will be shown to the Conservatory area, where you will experience the breathtaking views overlooking the Severn Estuary. The comforting seating area provided will prepare you for your journey to begin.), Rasul Room (The first of only three to be installed within the UK. Enter the ancient Arab Ceremony Room, the large Osmanish style seats provide an Eastern ambience to the chamber, complemented by 800 stars mapping the skies of the northern hemisphere in the domed roof. Muds are selected and applied to appropriate parts of the face and body, when you sit the ceremony commences. ‘Shots’ of steam blow through a bed of dried herbs from the central stove increasing the humidity of the chamber. Massage the muds into your skin, which have a gentle peeling effect on the body. The ceremony ends with a tropical rain shower, finishing with a cocktail of nourishing oils available to rehydrate the skin prior to relaxation.), Dry Float Room (Enter the cool surroundings of the dry float room and cocoon yourself in the warm wrap.
