Marriott Golf Resort & Spa Hires Spa Director Damien Craft

30, 2010 - Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa announces the addition of Damien
Craft as director of the Spa at Sawgrass. Craft joined the Sawgrass Marriott to
manage the resort’s 25,000 square-foot luxury facility.

and introducing several new luxury product lines,” said Jeff Mayers, general

Craft has extensive experience in resort management and has
held positions at the Bacara Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara, Calif., the Chumash
Casino Resort and Spa in Santa Ynez, Calif., the Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea
Resort in Maui, Hawaii, and the La Quinta Resort & Club and PGA West in Palm
Springs, Calif.
The Spa at Sawgrass has 19 treatment rooms,
a wellness/fitness center, and a private pool. Guests are offered a full range
of treatments and services, with a number of resort and spa packages available.
Guests have full access to the spa’s 2,700 square-foot workout studio, daily
fitness classes, pool, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Training
