Enchantment Group Names Amy Mcdonald Vice President of Spa & Program Development

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (March 23, 2009) -Enchantment Group, a luxury spa and resort development and management company, has named Amy McDonald as its new Vice President of Spa and Program Development.

"Her extensive industry experience and unique spa programming insights are a great complement to our spa and resort development mission and will enhance our firm's ability to serve current and future clients."

A 25-year veteran of the spa and hospitality industries, McDonald is widely recognized as an industry expert in environmentally and economically sustainable practices and as an innovator in transformational spa programming. At Enchantment Group, she will play a key role in spa design, programming and treatment development, particularly with the new Mii amo destination spa that the firm is developing in Punta Mita, Mexico.

As principal of Amy McDonald and Associates, McDonald's sustainable experience and sensibilities have been sought by international hotel and resort operators and developers, and industry press regularly consult her regarding trends in spa treatments, services and design. Her other prior experience includes serving as Spa & Program Director of El Monte Sagrado Living Spa in Taos, New Mexico and as Spa Director of the award-winning Miraval Resort in Tucson.

McDonald will be working out of the Enchantment Group Headquarters in Scottsdale.
