Exhale's Chicago venue is situated within the city’s most prosperous residential, retail and business sector, and just two blocks from the Magnificent Mile. Within 9,400 square feet of spectacular light filled space, exhale uses their signature multi cultural design aesthetic to create a timeless venue in which to recharge and renew. The high ceilings and large arched windows punctuate the inviting, simple interiors throughout which sacred treasures from all over the world are sprinkled. Guests of exhale will experience an inviting lobby lounge retail environment that is enhanced by an organic tea and juice bar, and a semi private manicure and pedicure alcove. A dramatic temple- like studio designed for yoga and Core Fusion® classes is accessed through an antique 200-year-old door from Indonesia, and the 16 Zen-inspired therapy rooms are wrapped in translucent panels embedded with beach grass and soothing fabric panels. An appointed meditation lounge is the perfect tranquil setting pre- or post- therapies or classes and changing rooms with showers, steam room, and lockers are provided for guest use.

Exhale also offers a variety of acupuncture and healing services through the ancient Chinese traditions of Eastern medicine, including the Acu-Lift Facial, Cupping, Vibrational Therapy and Acu-Organ Detox therapies are all available at the new Chicago location. The Acu-Lift Facial is a powerful experience that fuses traditional acupuncture and exhale’s signature facial with the vibrations of calibrated tuning forks to help improve muscle tone, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, puffy eyes, dark circles. The spa is supported by a unique lobby lounge and retail experience, inviting guests to relax and socialize within a comfortable apothecary setting. Guests can select from a line of healing elemental teas: wood, fire, earth, metal or water – each one specially blended and designed to assist with emotional and physical tension, nourish and calm the spirit, aid in digestion, support the lungs and ward off colds and flu, and improve root energy, sexuality and growth. Guests are encouraged to partake in the tea ritual pre- or post- classes and treatments. The retail experience consists of yoga apparel, carefully selected skin care products, and proprietary exhale products, which includes a green tea and seaweed healing body care line (shampoo, conditioner, cleansing gel, and body lotion) as well as specially formulated skin care line, Serum3 and an at home 28-day transformational peel. The exhale body care products are provided for guests’ use in the changing rooms.
