International Hotel WaikikiTM Beach Walk® will offer the most sought-after
location on the Waikiki coast, with direct access to the beach as well as the
vibrant entertainment, exclusive boutiques and restaurants of the new Waikiki
Beach Walk®. Every vantage point will offer its own magnificent and unrivaled
views, from the emerald waters of the Pacific Ocean beyond Fort DeRussy Park to
iconic Diamond Head, to the Honolulu skyline and mountains. The hotel's Waikiki
Beach Walk® location affords easy access to the new center of dining, entertainment

spacious hotel rooms and suites, the 38-story Trump International Hotel WaikikiTM
Beach Walk® will raise the Waikiki resort lifestyle to a new level of luxury.
From its striking, modern exterior, guests will be drawn into a world of timeless
elegance that seamlessly blends the outdoors and indoors, incorporating unique
Hawaiian building techniques that respect the local climate and environmental

of Trump Attaché™. A two-level, open-air lobby
will welcome guests with ocean views and interior design reflecting the island's
rich history in Hawaiian architectural motifs and tropical Deco furnishings with
polished Egyptian marble, exquisite honey-colored onyx and Koa veneer panels.
A sixth-floor lobby opens to stunning views of Fort DeRussy Park and the Pacific
Ocean and will feature a waterfall that cascades down to a pedestrian walk. Also
on the sixth floor will be an infinity pool on an expansive lanai fringed
with
palm trees, where guests can relax on sun loungers or savor refreshment at the
poolside bistro while enjoying a panoramic ocean view. A cozy Library will offer

Spacious studio suites are
ideal for individuals and couples, while one-, two- and three-bedroom suites,
available with or without dens, can connect to adjoining units for larger parties.
The hotel's Penthouse accommodations will boast full gourmet kitchens with granite
and marble countertops and travertine flooring, and will be outfitted with appliances
by Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch as well as under-counter wine cellar storage, affording
guests the option to have the hotel's chef to prepare a meal in the privacy of

region. Wai'olu, the hotel's signature lounge, will feature a commissioned mural
of a sunrise-to-sunset rainforest vignette that is inspired by the murals in great
hotels and ocean liner bars of the 1930s. Here, stylishly dressed guests may sip
martinis and island coolers in the sensual, romantic and authentic aura of Waikiki's
