Saint Lucia’s Bay Gardens Resorts Introduces La Mer Spa

CASTRIES, SAINT LUCIA – April 23, 2010 - The opening of the new La Mer Spa at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa means paradise just got a little sweeter. Located on world-renowned Reduit beach, La Mer Spa offers the perfect atmosphere for pampering and relaxing.

“La Mer Spa fuses a tranquil day spa with beauty salon services in one location,” said Bay Gardens Resorts managing director Joyce Destang. “Feeling relaxed and gorgeous should be easy, and we bring a full-service spa experience to a convenient setting on our hotel premises.”

After enjoying the myriad of activities offered at Bay Gardens Resorts, guests can rejuvenate with treatments including Swedish massage, sports massage, body scrubs and reflexology. Specialty packages such as the Couples Escape and In Your Hands offer soothing full-body massages and educational experiences for couples.

“Having worked at some of the finest spas in the Caribbean, I can attest to the true quality of La Mer Spa,” commented La Mer Spa manager Tessa Clement. “Our newly renovated spa is sure to soothe and transport guests to ultimate relaxation.”

At La Mer Spa, salon services range from a basic shampoo and cut to a spa manicure and French pedicure. High-end nail care products including OPI and Creative Nails provide the ultimate in pampering for tired hands and feet. Pevonia natural body and facial products are used post-treatment, and are available for purchase at La Mer Spa.

Wedding makeovers are also available upon request to brides and their wedding party.
