ResortSuite SPA 4.85 Released with New Market-Leading Capabilities

Enablez Inc., the leader in spa management software, announced the release of ResortSuite SPA 4.85. Developed to manage day, chain, resort, destination, club, and medi spas, this enhanced version includes a group and multi-day booking function and generates several new operational reports. These new features will give owners and operators greater insight into their business and better knowledge of their guests.

The 'Quick Book' feature enables users to automatically reserve multiple services that will take place over an extended period of time. For instance, all-inclusive resort spas that offer guests a service per day may book all the services for their entire stay within seconds, providing an efficient use of available resources unachievable with manual booking. This valuable feature also allows users to book multiple guests as part of a group simultaneously. The appointments are generated, assigning available rooms and capable staff instantly.

With the addition of 20 new comprehensive reports, ResortSuite SPA 4.85 now produces over 200 reports. Owners and operators may view updated metrics on marketing analysis, inventory, and customer retention. Latest additions include the 'Spa Day Count Analysis' report, which provides a detailed snapshot of the spa's resources for the day. This report generates room occupancy, revenue per available room (RevPar), and staff utilization numbers.
