specialty services being offered by Aqua Sulis, the world-class health
spa located at The JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort, Spa and Golf.
A world apart from the brouhaha of the Las Vegas Strip, this modern
day sanctuary for total wellness continues to lead the industry and
set the standard for innovation with the addition of Spa-Art*, a hands-on
treatment designed to integrate art into your personal as well as professional
life. How? Through the universal language of Imagery. The building blocks
of color, shape, form and texture provide a direct connection to your
mental, physical and spiritual self. Many of us have lost touch with
our inner selves through the overwhelming commotion and competitive
nature of our daily lives. It is possible to re-connect on every level
and achieve optimal health and balance through the application of Spa-Art*.
Holistic in nature and extremely results oriented, this newly introduced
technique relies on the non-verbal language of art as a valuable tool
or medium for personal growth, insight, healing and transformation.
Our Spa-Art* Educator, Sue Segal, will help you rediscover your expressive
self and analyze the messages you receive directly from your artwork.
You, in turn, will learn what changes are necessary to attain total
harmony. Learn to alleviate stress, stimulate your immune system and
condition your mind and body to work together. The experience will leave
you feeling empowered, rejuvenated and transformed!
Guests wishing to participate in Spa-Art* classes need not have an
artistic background. In other words, artists need not apply! Each of
us has the natural and sometimes untapped ability to get in touch with
our artistic self. With the assistance of Sue Segal, a Fine Arts and
Expressive Arts teacher, you will fine-tune your mental, physical and
spiritual well-being through the use of this highly creative and exiting
technique currently being integrated into our spa facility. Spa-Art*
classes are available Saturdays from 9-10:30am. The class is $10 per
person for those paying for an additional treatment. For those just
wanting the Spa-Art* class, the cost is $35 for non-guests and $20 for
guest, which gives them full day access to the spa, workout areas and
fitness classes. Reservations are required.
With the addition of Spa-Art*, we are pleased to continue our tradition
of innovation and excellence at Aqua Sulis. This 40,000 square-foot
luxury health spa with 36 treatment rooms offers an enormous range of
