Spa Factory Bali's Fresh Start Ritual

No matter how naughty you were the night before, every new day brings a fresh start. This treatment from Spa Factory Bali has taken all the elements necessary to brighten & revive even the most spent, jaded soul. FRESH START RITUAL (120 minutes)

Start the treatment with foot bath. Soak both feet in a shallow bowl with warm water. Add the Foot Bath which has camphor and Peppermint essential oil as active ingredients.	5 min.
When the client is on the massage table facing down, place a warm towel on the back. It relaxes the back muscle and opens the pores to ensure better absorbent of the essential oil.	2 min.
Wash the back with soap water, shower gel which is diluted in warm water. This will clean the skin and prepare the skin for the next step. The blend is Ginger Spearmint.	5 min.
Use the Refreshing Massage Oil when giving a full massage. The essential blend used is Lavender, Cypress, Basil & Grapefruit. The suitable massage technique will be a combination of aromatheraphy and shiatsu.	60 min
Prepare the Refreshing Scrub by mixing the scrub powder with warm water to form a thick paste. Apply on the body using a circular motion. The scrub is made of almond, sea salt, soya bean, peppermint leaf and essential oil of Lemon & Rosemary.	30 min.
Ask the guest to take a shower using Ginger Spearmint Shower gel to clean the skin thoroughly.	10 min.
Apply the Refreshing Body Lotion when the skin is still damp. The essential oil used is Lemon, Basil & Spearmint. · Serve a cold Lemon & Peppermint Tea to finish the treatment.	5 min.

THE ESSENTIAL RITUAL (120 minutes)

Full body massage using Swedish massage technique with Essential Tension Release Massage Oil. It has the benefit of relaxing tight muscle. The blend is Clary Sage & Lavender essential oil. For better absorption the massage oil can be heated using oil burner.	60 min.
Apply the Essential Exfoliation Body Scrub all over the body with circular motions. Wipe off any excess product with dry mitt towel. It has the benefit of exfoliating dead skin as well as moisturizing.	30 min.
Soak in the warm bath with Essential Soothing Bath Salt Crystal. It is made of sea salt, lavender buds, essential oil of Lavender, Rosemary, Basil & Lemon.	15 min.
Towel dries the guest and applies Essential Toning Moisturizing Cream. The blend is Lemon, Grapefruit & Basil essential oil. This product is very effective against cellulite.	5 min.
Complete the treatment with serving hot Ginger Tea.
