ZEN RITUAL (105 minutes)
| Soak both feet in a shallow bowl
with warm water and wash both feet using foot brush and Foot Wash
Gel. The gel consist of piper beetle extract with an antiseptic
properties and is scented with cajeput essential oil. |

| Whole body massage using hot stone
massage technique. This technique will relax the muscles and increase
the blood circulation. The active ingredient of the Green Tea
Massage Oil is green tea & seaweed extract, scented with ginger
essential oil. |

Apply the Green Tea Body Mask all over the body
using big brush. Cover with aluminum sheet or hot blanket. The
mask is made of clay, green tea, seaweed and ginger. Mix the
body mask with hot water into a thin consistency. Add honey
before applying to the skin. Cover with aluminum foil or warm
blanket to create heat. While waiting for the mask to dry, give
a shiatsu massage on the head and feet.

a warm towel. |

| Soak in a warm bath with Green Tea
Bath Infusion. Place the infusion bag in the bathtub while running
hot water. The bag is a mix of salt, green tea, seaweed, ginger
and coconut cream |

| Finish the treatment with applying
Honey & Green Tea Body Cream, scented with ginger essential
oil. |
5 min. |
| · Serve a cup of hot Japanese
green tea with honey and ginger candy. |
