Description: Loews Coronado Bay Resort is located on a fifteen-acre private peninsula bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the San Diego Bay.

Romantic Treatments & Programs: Coastal Couple Massage - Massage for two! Enjoy the exclusive treatment room designed for a dual massage. Not only will you be relaxed and rejunenated by expert massage therapists, but you will enjoy the private patio that overlooks the spa patio while you revel in the exquisite aftermath of the massage experience enjoying fruit smoothies from the "colorful" spa cuisine or champagne. The Coastal Couple may be booked for any massage you would like to share with a spa companion. An additional charge applies for the amenities of using the dual room.

Spa Facilities: The 10,000 square-foot Sea Spa opened in 2003 with 11 indoor treatment rooms including a wet room with Vichy shower and a couples room. An additional four outdoor treatment rooms surround the private spa patio. The spa patio offers an outdoor whirlpool, shower, watsu pool, tables and lounge chairs. Other indoor features of the spa include a retail area, men's and women's locker rooms (steam, sauna, relaxation lounge), fitness studio and gym that opens to the outside (resistance, cardio and free weight equipment). Spray Salon has four manicure stations and two pedicure thrones.

Other Facilities: The lodging boasts spectacular panoramic water views in a seaside setting. There are three swimming pools, two whirlpool spas, three lighted tennis courts, an 80-slip private marina which both docks and rents boats. Sailboat, kayak, bicycle, wave runner, and boogie board rentals are available as well as romantic Gondola rides through the Coronado Cays. Nearby San Diego offers a wealth of culture and attractions.
