2005 Coastal Trek Health & Fitness Resort opened its doors and celebrated
a family-owned and operated ideal three years in the making. Today, the $2 million
Vancouver Island resort of intimate proportions and ultimate luxury is a place

and embrace a brighter future that includes fitness, balance, and nutritional
awareness. Coastal Trek Resort is a 12-room luxury health resort 2200 feet above
sea level, situated on the picturesque Forbidden Plateau overlooking the Georgia
Strait and the British Columbia Coastal Mountain range. A stunning view that creates
an inspiring backdrop to exercise, re-energize and relax. The 15-acre Vancouver
Island property is mostly forested with various private trails for a perfectly
quiet, relaxed stroll. Treatments & Programs:
Three to seven-day retreat offerings include Spa & Relaxation (slow-paced
escape to paradise), Health & Fitness (integrated activities and wellness
education), and Recuperation & Re-Focus (mandated change in lifestyle). Spa
Facilities: The Lodge is fully equipped for strength work, therapeutic
massage and visualization work. Coastal Trek offers a gymnasium, spa facilities
and a gourmet kitchen. The Great Room, in particular, is a wonderful place to
spend time relaxing with a book or chatting with other guests in front of our
magnificent stone wood-burning fireplace. Other
Facilities: The 12 guest accommodations are designed with quality and
comfort in mind. Each room offers a luxury queen bed with private bathroom and
a spectacular view ensuring a quiet place for reflection after an activity-filled
