Treatments & Programs: Massage (Swedish, shiatsu, Energetic Matrix Alignment, aromatherapy, chakra balancing, craniosacral, hot stone, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, reiki), body treatments (anti-cellulite, no shower body buff exfoliation, parafango mud treatment, more. Spiritual program includes various forms of yoga daily, TaiChi, Qigong and Guided Meditations.

Weight Management Treatments & Programs: Lose weight while enjoying delicious, artfully prepared wholesome meals. Lowfat, low-cal breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared with only the finest and freshest natural ingredients. The Spa's artesian well water ensures purity. Sensible meals will satisfy and rejuvinate you.
We also offer juice fasts. Each day provides a medley of exercise classes: NIA, Cardio Kickbox, Step & Tone and Step for a great cardio workout daily. Strength Training, Body Shaping , Body Ball and Circuit for toning. Fitball, Pilates, Abdominal and Lower Body Toning for core strengthening. Relaxing Stretch is a nice touch after your busy morning. Aqua Fit classes provided twice daily.

Spa Facilities: Sauna, Jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, Olympic-size outdoor pool, tennis courts, beauty salon. The Equipment Room offers "Tuff Stuff Apollo 4" which enables you to work upper and lower body at your convienience. Treadmills, stepper, Ellipticals, and stationary bikes for a great cardiovascular workout. Free weights, Ab Doer, Pilates Reformer, dynabands, bars, poles and elastic bands to fine tune your workout. Fitballs available as well!
