Romantic Treatments & Programs: Couples Massage (100 minutes) - Two partners are taught how to give and receive massage. Each partner receives a Swedish massage by the therapist and then by each other, under the therapist’s guidance. The delight of skillful touch by loved one learned during thissession brings romantic dimension to the experience.

Maternity Treatments & Programs: All the treatments offered at the spa, with the exception of all heat treatments, are recommended for pregnant clients. Pregnancy massage, done on a specialized massage table alleviates backaches, leg cramps and swelling. Private Fitness Consultations such as personal training, yoga, tennis, fencing, swimming, movement therapy address individual needs of pregnancy and provide long lasting motivation and support.

Weight Management Treatments & Programs: The weight loss program is a wholesome life style at Copperhood Inn & Spa. Clients are exposed to a healthy diet, varied physical activities and relaxation techniques which, if adhered to, will lead to gradual weight loss. Gourmet meals are flavorful and nutritious, beautiful and light but, happily, starvation is not part of the philosophy.

Spa Facilities: 14,000 square-foot spa facility has seven treatment rooms, an outdoor cabana for riverside massages and a water therapy suite with a Vichy shower, hydrotherapy tub and Scotch hose. Facilities boast a 60 foot indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, gym with a Sprint weight circuit, free weights, cardiovascular equipment and a yoga studio.

Other Facilities: Volleyball field, decoturf tennis court, fly fishing and walking/cross country skiing and snowshoeing - all surrounded by miles of forever-wild parkland. The outdoor activities are a backbone of the fitness program, profoundly enjoyable and easy to practice. The hiking, biking and x-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, designed to maintain elevated cardio-respiratory levels, offer different levels of challenge. They revitalize the mind as well as muscles, take you out of the gym, into high peaks, along ridgelines with spectacular views or exploring local flora and fauna.
