Description: Tennessee Fitness Spa, located 95 miles southwest of Nashville at the beautiful and historic Natural Bridge, is the perfect weight loss, fitness, and relaxation vacation! Weekly stays include healthy meals, comfortable chalet-style accommodations, and the fitness program.

Treatments & Programs: A variety of activities is available for guests, including daily walks, aerobics, weight training, stretch and toning classes, aquacise, yoga, educational lectures, and evening activities. These are all included in the rates. Also offered are massage therapy, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures, hair styling, facial waxing, and personal training for an additional fee.

Romantic Treatments& Programs: Couples Weeks are offered every year, during which each person receives an additional 10% discount. Dates are listed on the web site. However, everyone is welcome during these times. Additionally, a 5% discount is offered to couples who visit on their honeymoon or anniversary.

Maternity Treatments & Programs: No maternity programs are available. However, mothers-to-be can still find plenty to do, including walking, water activities, stretch, yoga, and more! Massage therapists are trained to perform prenatal massage.

Weight Management Treatments & Programs: Tennessee Fitness Spa is geared towards helping people reach their fitness and weight loss goals. In addition to the variety of fitness classes that are offered, there are also lectures on fitness and nutritional topics. Guests can choose from a standard or vegetarian meal plan, which consists of 1200-1400 calories per day. The goal at Tennessee Fitness Spa is to help guests make a jump-start to a healthier, happier way of life!

Spa Facilities: The facilities consist of a 5,000 square-foot gym, a 30 X 60 foot heated swimming pool (with outdoor sundeck), sauna, 10-person hot tub, beauty salon, gift shop, racquetball court, massage building, indoor/outdoor dining, recreation room, and three TV lounges. Several room accommodations are available in chalet-style buildings, with daily housekeeping service. Accommodations include quads, standard doubles, standard privates, deluxe double, deluxe privates, the Lakeview Lodge, and the Penthouse Suite.

Other Facilities: Tennessee Fitness Spa boasts a beautiful, serene atmosphere. The historic double-span Natural Bridge is located on the property, and it is truly a wonder to behold. 48 Creek ripples through the property, and the Ice Cave is something that can't be missed. Rainbow Lake is a short walk from the main facilities. The peaceful setting, combined with the wonderful program, creates the perfect getaway!
