Description: The Four Seasons Resort and Club at Los Colinas is a 400-acre luxury resort located amidst the rolling hills of Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. It is the only AAA Diamond resort in Texas and within 22 states contiguous to Texas. The Spa & Salon at the Four Seasons Resort and Club at Las Colinas holds the distinction of being the first true spa and salon ever built by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Open since April 1986, The Spa & Salon has benefited from being the first to set trends, launch new treatments, develop talented spa employees and for the most part, establish the standards by which all Four Seasons spas operate. It has been recognized as a leading spa in Texas and among the top 20 resort spas in the United States by Travel & Leisure Magazine (2005). The Spa & Salon is open to the public as well as Resort guests. There is a small fee charged to day spa guests.

Spa Dining is offered in both the women's and men's relaxation area of The Spa. A simple menu full of delectable and healthy cold cuisine such as light salads, soothing fruit smoothies, tasty exotic cheeses and vegetables and herbal teas are available. Lighter fare is also available through room service or at any of the Resort's restaurants.

The Fitness Center offers a full schedule of free exercise classes (aerobics, yoga, Pilates, water aerobics), personal training and nutritional counseling.

Romantic Treatments & Programs: Couple's Massage (50 or 80 minutes - Share the experience! Swedish Massage for two in the same room), Couple's Escape (Escape to the Spa & Salon for a day of togetherness - includes a 50-minute Couple's Massage in the private couple's massage room, His and Hers customized 50-minute Facials, Side-By-Side 60-minute Spa Pedicures, and Spa Lunch for Two).

Maternity Treatments & Programs: Mother-To-Be Massage - Designed to give relief to the specific needs of the mother-to-be. This massage promotes comfort and relaxation during this exciting time of change. Performed only after the first trimester.

Spa Facilities: In May 2004, The Spa & Salon, underwent a total remodeling using the interior design skills of Susan Seifert of Dallas-based Morrison Seifert Murphy. It still retains the Zen-like atmosphere that it began with, but the look and ambiance of the space is more modem and more sophisticated. The most dramatic addition is the Waterfall Wall (16 feet wide by 10 feet tall) that greets guests just before they enter the women's or men's relaxation area. The Spa & Salon at the Four Seasons creatively incorporates the pre-existing features including the dry sauna, steam room, heated whirlpool and cold plunge pool available in the men's and women's areas. There are 16 private treatment rooms with individual controls for light, temperature and soundincluding a dedicated Vichy Shower Suite, a Couples Massage room, and a private Mar de Paz bath located in the women's locker area.

The Spa & Salon has a lovely private outdoor swimming pool and heated whirlpool available year round for sunning, dipping and relaxing. It is accessed through a private stair inside the Spa relaxation rooms.

Spa guests staying overnight at the Resort have complimentary use of the 6,000 square foot Fitness Center located in the Sports Club. A full array of exercise equipment, including Nautilus, Cybex circuit machines, free weights, indoor/outdoor jogging tracks and indoor and outdoor lap pools are offered.

Other Facilities: A nine-story hotel tower, a 30,000 square foot conference center, two championship golf courses, a private sports club, tennis courts, racquetball and squash courts, four swimming pools including a 25-yard (23-metre) indoor heated pool and a spectacular 5,500-square-foot (511-square-metre) outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jogging tracks, a Fitness Center and child care center.
