are conducted by trained SpaQuality
Certified Assessors - the same assessors who are trained to
conduct SpaExcellence SM certification assessments.

During the SpaExcellenceSM Anonymous
Guest Assessment, the spa is evaluated on hundreds of attributes
which are customized to the scope of the assessment which can include
spa, salon, fitness, retail, education/seminars, adventure, accommodations,
cuisine and more.

The Spa receives a feedback report after the SpaExcellenceSM
Anonymous Guest Assessment highlighting strengths and opportunities
for improvement from which it can create a strategic action plan
for improvement.

The cost of an SpaExcellenceSM Anonymous
Guest Assessment is $500 per day plus travel expenses for the SpaQuality
Certified Assessor (transportation, lodging, meals and spa experiences).
