Here you’ll be able to learn more about all aspects of pregnancy and motherhood at informative seminars. You’ll experience invigorating exercise classes and spa treatments designed to relax your mind and revitalize your body. You can enjoy a little retail therapy in the exclusive store. And you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other moms in a warm and friendly environment.

Maternity Treatments and Programs: Weather you are pregnant, a new mother, or simply need some well-deserved attention, the unique body and beauty treatments will relax, revive and rejuvenate. All treatments are designed with your safety and comfort in mind, and our aestheticians and massage therapists are specially trained to take care of prenatal and postpartum women.

Prenatal body treatments: Pregnancy causes unique physical changes as your body adapts to accommodate the growth of your baby. Edema and muscle strain often result. Prenatal massages embrace your body's transformation through a variety of touch therapies that relax and rejuvenate.

Head First – 30 minutes - The scalp, head, neck and shoulders are the focus of this soothing aromatherapy treatment that uses ginger and peppermint to alleviate the headaches, morning sickness, neck and shoulder tension so common during pregnancy. Great for the postpartum mom as well!
Counter Pressure – 50 minutes - The back carries an extra load during pregnancy so it deserves extra attention. This light-touch massage concentrates on relieving tension and restoring alignment to back, belly, pelvic floor, hips and thighs.
Total Relaxation – 50 minutes - Nurture yourself and your baby in this full body massage. A variety of techniques combine to pamper and praise your changing body. Learn to relax as you prepare for your baby’s birth.
Belly Bliss – 30 minutes - Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! That’s the focus of this pampering belly ‘facial’. Delicate hydrating mask and soothing oils combine to soothe your growing belly, while our signature B&P Stretch Away creme helps minimize stretch marks.

Postnatal body treatments:Following the birth, common activities can put strain on your muscles and postural alignment. Postpartum massages soothe over-used muscles and give you renewed strength and energy.

Back to Basics – 50 minutes - However uncomplicated or difficult your birth experience, your needs are unique. With healing and restoration as the focus, you will work with your therapist to create the perfect treatment for you.
Mother’s Little Helper – 50 minutes - Caring for your new baby can stress, strain and challenge proper posture and alignment as well as the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, arms and wrists. This massage is designed just for you and includes a moor mud detoxification for the back.
Mama-Mia – 50 minutes - A beautifying exfoliation treatment using super-fine natural sea salts from an ancient seabed and aromatic oils. Mandarin and ginger oils warm the body, clear the mind and ease tension. We conclude with a 15-minute moisturizing massage.
Swaddle – 75 minutes - A full body seaweed wrap infuses the skin with vital mineral salts and restores moisture and elasticity while firming and toning dehydrated skin. We conclude with a 25-minute massage, encouraging healthy circulation and providing stress relief.

Beauty & Facial treatments: A variety of facial treatments are specifically designed to address the affects of hormonal fluctuations on your skin. Beauty treatments include traditional waxing and belly casting. The signature product line – B&P – meets the specific and unique needs of moms and moms-to-be. Ingredients are chosen for their purity, and only natural fragrances and coloring are used.

Short and Sweet – 30 minutes - This custom-designed treatment concentrates on what your skin needs most. Great for moms short on time or that need a boost between full-length facial treatments.
Ohm Baby – 50 minutes - This personalized aromatherapy facial will cleanse, exfoliate and rehydrate the skin, promoting increased circulation and a reduction in water retention.
Lighten Up – 50 minutes - This soothing, balancing glycolic facial focuses on reducing the increased pigmentation of the face and neck, so common during pregnancy and the months after. Includes instruction on maintaining progress between treatments.
H2-Oh! – 50 minutes - A super hydrating, aromatic facial treatment for anyone with dry, dehydrated skin. An excellent way to exfoliate, refine, smooth and plump the skin, and dramatically increase moisture levels.
