Vida, meaning ¨pure life¨, is located on a 7-acre private mountaintop
estate in Costa Ricas Alajuela province surrounded by coffee plantations and lush
foliage. The whole estate commands fantastic views of Irazú, Barva, and
Poás volcanoes and of the central valley with the capital, San José.
Adventure vacations with yoga, meditation, hiking, aerobics & eco-adventure
tours included. Treatments & Programs:
Wellness Center offers a variety of different types of bodywork, healing massages
and spa treatments. Aroma Spa, Aromatherapy Massage, Astrology, Cloud Forest Magic,
Costa Rican Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, En-wraptured in Paradise,
Facials (Pura Vida Facial, Pura Vida Facial Plus), Golden Glow, Holistic Massage,
Japanese Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Rebalancing Deep Tissue,
Rose Petal Massage, Shiatsu, Somatic Harmonization, Spa Manicure, Spa Pedicure,

Facilities: There are five halls available for courses and yoga. In addition,
we have lawn areas for outdoor meetings (our sunrises and sunsets are spectacular!!).
Faculty is responsible for set-up of the halls in preparation for classes and
take-down after each class. On-site coordinators are available for special requests
(additional towels, water, other equipment, etc). Every hall is stocked with plenty
