Spa Facilities: The Hampton Health Club us 5500-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness and spa facility on the High Hampton estate grounds for use by the Inn's guests. The facility, new in 2006, includes an 800-square-foot multi-use room for aerobics, Pilates, yoga, and stretching; state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment with personal televisions by True Fitness; free weights and resistance training with strength equipment by Body Masters; and a core training area with Medx equipment. Both group classes and personal training are offered. Men’s and women’s locker rooms include changing rooms with steam and regular showers. The club's health bar serves smoothies, fruits, nutrition bars, and other fitness-conscious snacks. Three private treatment rooms are the setting for a line-up of massage, facial, and body treatment options. The Hampton Health Club also offers outdoor activities for younger guests including basketball goals; a playground; and The Beanstalk, an 8-sided, 28-foot climbing tower for use by both kids and adults.
