October 16, 2012 - Condé Nast Traveler has announce the winners of its 10th annual Readers' Spa Awards. Last autumn readers were asked to tell where they most like to go to relax, detox and improve your well-being. Readers nominated their favourite urban day spas, hotel spas, exotic retreats and medical wellness centres. The choices were rated according to criteria, such as ambience/design, body treatments, cuisine and service. The following are the readers' favorite 30 spas in the world.
